Team Builder EVO

I put Carson Beck into the Team Builder Max 82 Evo, completed the objectives for the skill points, but when trying to upgrade him it says I have 0 available skill points. I've restarted my game, cleared the EA folder cache, verified game files, so far nothing has worked. Doesn't seem like it's a bug on my end.
