HUT Season 5 XP Objective Not Rewarded

Hello,

I completed week 1 of the season 5 XP reward path objectives but did not receive the 7k XP for the particular objective and the 10k for completing all the objectives for the week. I have a clip of me claiming the XP but my XP level not increasing following it. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
