Hello EA. Can come one help me with this. Aljo has not looked into this and just passed the buck. This was the reply from Aljo
“Hello. I see support is telling you those items were sold. If they were not sold by you, it's possible your account was compromised. That is something support will need to handle then. Please open another case and go through the process for a compromised account. More information ont hat can be found here.”
I came here because level one support didn’t have the utilities to assist and I was sent here and so far no extra effort was provided here.
My cards were not sold like ea keeps claiming and my account was not compromised. If my cards were sold they would show in my sold items and why would the tradeable in my lineup also go missing. This has all to do with the both the tradeable and untradeable cards in my active lineup gone missing. All other cards are still in my lineup (bnd) and lesser tier cards are in my inventory have not gone missing.
Please fix this as I am extremely frustrated with the support.
if my cards were sold why can’t I see them in my sold items and what they sold for. It is because they were not sold, or else they would show there like all my other sold items.
Also I logged off for 40 mins and logged back in and the cards were all gone. I was home the entire time and not away from the television. The people I live with are my family and have never log into NHL25. But this is a moot point anyway because the cards are not in my sold items.
