A third message from the same support.
“You will need to contact an advisor for assistance with this. If the items were sold, traded or used in a set without your knowledge, that needs to be investigated.”
This person has done no investigation as in the case and this very forum it shows what level 1 support has found.
“I can assure you we have checked all the possibilities and scenarios in this but all we have found all the players were sold and it was done through trusted devices or sources. And we cannot escalate it further because this is the higher form of chat support any players can get. “
and they led me here so you could investigate further as I did not sell them or put them in sets and if they were sold I would see them in the sold items list which I do not. They were in my lineup. All tradeable and untradeable cards in my lineup went missing. The bnd cards remained in my lineup. Please escalate to someone to investigate, talk to developers if necessary as lvl suggested they would, and resolve.
