Chapter progress reset after completion - Be a Pro

I had just completed the final game of the chapter where you get moved to the 1st line in Be a Pro. I got the confirmation from coach and started playing the next game on line 1. Mid-game, I had a crash. Upon loading the game back up, I was still on the same spot in the season, but it reset my progress back to 0 for working to line 1. Essentially, I have to play 8 games again to get back to the 1st. Very annoying bug.
