Game always freezes when using quick resume on Series X. I select load season, then start a next match - after load is comoleted the game intro music starts and then ice displayed forever.... before new update the bug was the intro got skipped to face off, now complete freeze...

Play now & Season Mode / NHL, I don't play other modes.
like said before, this was not a problem with NHL 26, 25. Seems related to your new game intros...

Community ManagerQuick Resume can cause odd issues with various games. Unfortunately, at the moment, the best I can advise is to remove NHL from Quick Resume before playing.
No the issue only happens from using quick resume. If I restart the game, it is ok.
Please note there was no problem using this xbox feature with NHL 25 & 26.
