Manitoba Moose jersey font has been incorrect for years

The Manitoba Moose jersey font/nameplate lettering is still incorrect in NHL 27.

The Moose have their own distinctive antler-style font/lettering that is part of the team’s actual identity, but NHL has continued to use an incorrect font on their jerseys since the Moose returned as the Winnipeg Jets’ AHL affiliate.

This has been wrong for multiple NHL games now, and it would be great to finally see the actual Manitoba Moose jersey font accurately represented.

This isn’t a request for a new uniform design — the correct font already exists on the real team’s jerseys. I’m asking that the existing Moose jersey/nameplate assets be corrected to match the real-life Manitoba Moose.

Game: EA SPORTS NHL 27
Team: Manitoba Moose
Issue: Incorrect jersey/nameplate font
Platform: [PS5/Xbox Series X|S]

Please pass this along to the NHL equipment/uniform/asset team for correction in a future update.

Thanks!

Thanks! I've relayed this to the team.

UPDATE – Another Manitoba Moose equipment issue I noticed:

I also noticed that the Moose gloves are incorrect in NHL 27. The gloves currently used in-game don’t match the gloves the Manitoba Moose actually wear with these uniforms.

I’ve attached comparison photos showing the actual Moose gloves versus what is currently represented in-game.

Since this is another equipment/uniform asset issue, could you please pass this along to the NHL equipment/uniform/asset team along with the jersey-number font correction from my original post?

I’d really appreciate it! Hopefully we can get both of these corrected in a future update. Thanks again!
