Missing ingame purchase

Im still missing ingame purchase made 1 month ago.

Advisors told me they could add it manually, but told me they would not do it, eventhough i presented evidence and have gone through several procedures multiple times. 

Balance should be this + 6250.

They said it would be reported as a bug but I dont see it so here it is.
