Well its the release date and we are right back to crashing out of games! I was able to play two games before crashing out of the 3rd game right back to the dashboard. It has been YEARS of this happening to hundreds and hundreds of people. Crazy.

No that assumption would be incorrect. I purchased a new one in 2021 a year after it started happening on both NHL and Madden. I have twitter conversations about it with your help team from 2023. It is exclusively EA games that crash on my xbox. NCAA, NHL, Madden, Fifa.
Refund by ea would be the least could do for xbox users until these bugs are solved. Btw another xbox user here with same crashing and freezing but lucky me this is only ea play trial. Please fix NHL27.
Welp, new year and new game... same problem persists. All other games still work fine. I bought the pre order and deluxe version and the game crashes the exact same way. It has crashed 4 times on me. I tried a public ip, static, and multiple other network settings.
I am on an series X. On NHL 26 via the cloud the game ran completely fine. From NHL 25 to NHL 27 this problem persists. I went to the lengths of downloading NHL 24 as well and same problem. This only started when the game was available only on the S and X.
Again, every other game works on my console. This only happens with EA Sports titles. And again, there is no way its my console. In the past, I tried every single one of the canned trouble shooting methods (clearing cache, uninstall/reinstall, restarting my network, manual ip settings, etc.).
How can we get some love with this problem? What do we need to do to get EA to help us out with this problem??????

It is so frustrating..... hahaha.
it is.. same on ps5. Crash to PS5 menu, with sending report etc.. so no need to give more details as you will receive it. 25 games, including 10 crashes. And yes we don't finish games when someone crashes so a loss for everyone.

Ea is brutal I can’t believe I continue to spend money on these garbage games. Unfortunately against my better judgement I spent extra money and pre ordered nhl 27, I’ve played 5 online versus games and I’ve had my game crash during three of those games, this has happened to me since nhl 24. Not to mention the game its self is completely trash, unfortunately I had false hope for a better year just to be disappointed again. if any ones sees this before you purchase the game, DONT BUY IT! Waste of money !
