Well its the release date and we are right back to crashing out of games! I was able to play two games before crashing out of the 3rd game right back to the dashboard. It has been YEARS of this happe...

Community ManagerHey, everyone. When reporting a crash, please be specific about which console you're on as well as what exactly is happening. Especially if you're getting an error message. We need to know what that says.
We're aware of an issue with some XBOX users in recent years. As I mentioned previously, it's one we haven't been able to reproduce so any additional details are appreciated. When exactly it happens, what camera you use, what mode(s) it's happening in, etc.
We also need to get a video of this. Please put it somewhere it can be streamed and respond with a link. Thanks!
It happens in every game mode for me on Xbox. Giving time stamps and geographic location didn't help last year. We get it you all haven't been able to re create the problem and you have two xbox's that run it perfectly........
We get it, this problem will not be addressed. Meanwhile every other game works for us.

Thanks for letting me know. We would love to get this fixed. It's definitely been a troublesome one over the last few years. Hopefully, we can get this reproduced and addressed.
