Well its the release date and we are right back to crashing out of games! I was able to play two games before crashing out of the 3rd game right back to the dashboard. It has been YEARS of this happening to hundreds and hundreds of people. Crazy.

I was able to get a refund.... THANK GOODNESS.
So frustrated with EA Sports. Only EA Sports titles crash for me. No other game does this. Shouldn't be a problem. The funny part is that NHL 26 only worked on the cloud for me......

This makes sense since it appears to be an issue XBOX consoles specifically. Very sorry to hear you had to get a refund, but absolutely understandable. I know I'd be doing the same if I was constantly dealing with crashes. Hopefully, we'll get this figured out. Obviously, it's been a very difficult one to resolve. This is due to not being able to reproduce it yet.
This happens for PS players as well. It is not just an Xbox problem.
Community ManagerThe very high majority of people reporting this are XBOX players. I've also let the team know there are some PS players crashing as well. As always, the more video we can get, the better. We can't really investigate this until we have one.
It just goes straight to the dashboard at any point mid game. No codes. Just straight to the dashboard and its been the same since NHL 24. I don't mean to sound rude when I say this but it hasn't changed over multiple years and I am scratching my head at how we keep getting the same answers: need more videos, we can't recreate it, works on our consoles, etc. etc.
I will literally travel anywhere needed and bring my console in just to show EA that we are not full of crap. Again, this only happens on EA Sports titles and flight sim as a kicker. Madden and NCAA football both received an update that resolved this problem when it first started occurring.
Again, I am not intending to be rude but how are we still here with the same answers. It feels extremely dismissive and as if EA just doesn't give two hoots about an extremely loyal fanbase. The only thing at this stage I can point to is that its an EA account issue however I have checked about 100 times if my ea account is connected to my xbox account with the same email.
Again, this only happens on EA sports titles and Flight Sim. It happens on UFC, Fifa, used to happen on Madden and NCAA. If EA would allow it I would be more than willing to travel and bring my console in to show this or ship my console to EA.

It's not that we don't believe you. Obviously, there's an issue. We just haven't found what's causing it. Which is why I keep asking for video or any other details that could help narrow this down. There's a very small portion of the overall playerbase experiencing this. Which is also making it very difficult to reproduce.
