Pick up puck---->own goal

I don't know if this is a bug, but whenever you try to pick up a loose puck near your goalie, after incidental contact with the goalie there's an almost 100% chance of scoring an own goal. Has anyone else noticed this or has EA addressed this really annoying issue?
