The True Broadcast Legacy frame rate is almost unplayable in some arenas. Pittsburgh Penguins Arena is very choppy and stuttering from the opening puckdrop. Some other arenas like the flyers home arena is okay but gets very choppy when in either end of the attacking/defending zones. Similar arenas with almost unplayable frame rates include Boston, Washington, Tampa Bay. Have only played offline play now mode and playoff mode.
Hi EA_Aljo,
Game is unplayable on PS5 pro on true broadcast legacy camera,
due to huge stuttering and framerate issue.
During gameplay framerate drops from 60 FPS to 41FPS on all arenas.
problem is smaller only on San Jose and Montreal arena.

EA please fix it!!
Thank you
After your 1. Update: Still STUTTERING!!! NO stable 60 FPS!!!
Playing Action Cam with Player Lock on PS5 Pro!
same for me! on ps5pro broadcast camera
Game is unplayable pn ps5 pro true briadcast legacy camera.
Ps5 should run smooth due to its power, but game runs horrible. Please release a patch to fix stability and for us to enjoy the gameEA_Aljo .
Community Managerfe09fce315801f1a Thanks for the clips. Can you point out where the stuttering is happening? I'm not seeing it in your videos.
Hello, i just tried to get recordings on my ps5 pro and for whatever reason the actual recordings are a lot smoother than the live gameplay. I also tried capturing on my phone but with similar results.
Community ManagerThat's odd your phone is capturing something different than you're seeing. Unfortunately, without actually seeing what's happening, it's going to be very difficult to get this addressed.
Clearing the PS5 system software cache completely removed the stuttering for me! dont no for how long though but Ive played 5 games without any stutter. using true broadcast camera
Edit: the stuttering is now back. Clearing the cache worked for about 8-10 games for me.
