Bonski Skatepark

I finished the first few tutorial mission and went to the next where I had to go to Bonski Skatepark. I went to the location but it wont checkmark it. I did the AR program and it wont checkmark that either. I've tried closing the game and reopening it. I've deleted and reinstalled it and nothings working. I cant progress at all.
