Bug Report: Missing Skate Pass Tickets after Season 4 update (PS5)

Hi EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a frustrating bug regarding my Ticket balance in Skate. on PS5.

During the previous season, I fully completed the Skate Pass and earned/unlocked every single Ticket available within it. I did not spend a single Ticket on any items, hoarding them specifically for the next pass.

Before the Season 4 update, my balance should have been exactly 500 Tickets. However, upon logging into Season 4, I noticed that 50 Tickets have vanished from my account. I am currently sitting at 450 Tickets instead of 500.

This is incredibly frustrating because with 500 Tickets, I would only need to buy the small 5€ pack to get what I want. Now, because of this glitch, I am being forced to spend more real money to compensate for missing currency that I rightfully earned.

Could you please look into my account history and restore my missing 50 Tickets?

    heyo,

    Tix are the Season Pass currency that you earn through the season for completing Tasks/Challenges.
    They do not carry over from season to season. At the end of a season, they are auto-exchanged for any unpurchased items in the skate.Pass track you have already unlocked and have access to.

    Rip Chips are the regular earnable currency from doing Tasks. (You use these to open Product Boxes or get access to the Water Taxi for Grom or the Day Pass for The Stadium - when it hits General Access - unless you have skate.Premium Pass). 

    SVB is the paid currency that doesn't expire or wipe.

    I'm having someone check your transaction history (grants and spends) over the past month to see if anything is amiss.

    Sorry, yes, I didn't clearly mention what I was talking about. I am obviously talking about SVB. I completed the S3 premium skate.Pass and bought all the SVB included in it. When counting them up again, there are indeed 500, but I had 450 at the start of Season 4.

    So I put €5 into the game and my balance went to 950 instead of 1000

    I had an dev go back into your purchase/transaction history. 
    From the data he pulled, you had 450 SVB at the end of Season 3, then purchased the Thrasher Starter Pack that includes 500 SVB.  

    Unfortunately, there's nothing else I can do as no data pulled shows missing 50 SVB (the only items that are 50 SVB are a few tattoos, and we didn't see any transactions for that.)

    Yes, absolutely, but I didn’t spend anything at the end of Season 3. I bought the Thrasher pack in Season 4 to buy the Premium Skate Pass, and that’s when I noticed I was missing 50 SVB. I didn’t buy any tattoos, and I took screenshots of the entire Season 3 Pass to show you that I unlocked all the SVB in it. Is there really no way to credit them back to me?

    I promise I’m not trying to scam anyone; there was probably a bug when claiming the SVB in the Season 3 Skate Pass that didn't give me the 50. I don’t understand it, but it’s really frustrating not being able to buy the Skate Pass because of a bug... and to hear that nothing can be done.
