Can't Claim Seasonal Task

Everything on my seasonal tasks has been shown as complete for around a week now, and I've been doing daily tasks, weeklys, daily challenges every day, so I'm pretty sure I've completed it. But when I press claim, nothing happens but the claim button disappearing. I close the task page, go back in, and I can claim it again and it just repeats. I can't get rid of the yellow notification thats always on the task tab because it wants me to claim the seasonal task, but I can't. Please actually fix something in this game for once, and hopefully before December 2nd but I guess that's too much to ask.
