Didn't receive throwback tee (s) and founders vans

I bought the deluxe founders pack for $50.00 USD day of public early access launch 9/16/25 restarted my game to receive the items, and received everything BUT the 3 throwback t shirts as well as the founder vans shoes. When searching up this matter and speaking with others it seems no one is having the same problem or at least in my circle so I just decided to wait. Seeing as waiting has fixed nothing I went to the skate discord to ask and to my surprise no one there knows anything about it either, although there was one person who spoke about it but he received no help. I made a case earlier but it was closed and "resolved" someone in discord told me to report it to the forums so here I am. please help ;/ ( the picture attached is a screenshot from the console showing the purchase was made ) It's very strange I received everything but the throwback shirts and the shoes..
