+1 just had this happen.

+1 — Stuck with skip replay prompts on-screen

Replication:
- Start and complete a mission
- If Vee lags behind with prompting to skip the replay/highlights, the prompt will persist through the completion sequence.

Notes:
- You can't move when this prompt is on-screen.
- Only workaround (so far) is to restart Skate.
- This can happen as quickly as the first mission completed after starting Skate.

Just came here to see if it was just me; I guess I can rule that out now.

I've had this issue too. It happened in the middle of a throwdown a couple times as well.

I got the Same Playing on Xbox but Restart My Game doesnt change anything

If you're on Xbox, you'll have to end the game, then turn off, power off! and then restart the console.
Only thing that resets things (until the next time it hangs).
