Same issue for me

I am also stuck here. I'm on the PS5 but logged into the game on steam and tried that too but the exact same issue happens. I complete this tutorial and as soon as I've done the spinning ollie and the replay finishes it fades to black and soft locks. I have done this on both PC and PS5 over 10 times each and it's never progressed leading me to believe it is an issue on the save on the server. I have tried deleting my save on the console and PC but when I reboot the game I am still at the same point with the same issue.

Same for me. I've tried everything. It is beyond irritating that I cannot progress the game. My son had zero issues and is playing like normal. I've waited 15 years for this. He isn't even 15 and his is working. 😭
