Grabbing body flip bug

Myself and everyone ive played with has been experiencing grab glitch. Where when applying full push on the trigger doesn't do anything. Sometimes it works most times it doesn't even grab. Sometimes it'll grab but won't let us move our body's around. Ive played this game on multiple consoles and controllers. Its not our hardware its a bug in the software. I have played this on my Xbox one with ssd upgrade, ps4 pro with ssd upgrade. And my xeon e5 workstation with the same results.
