Hedge bustler mission bug

So I’ve been stuck on the hedge bustler mission. It’s an own the spot mission and I have completed it probably 100 times in various ways. I’ve deleted my save data on my console and deleted and re installed the game and it still won’t register that i completed the mission. It shows the 3 checkmarks on the mission but won’t let me go onto other missions. As soon as I complete the mission it acts like I failed it and makes me try again.
