I got sent to the backrooms and can't play anymore

Yeah, so if you read the title, it makes sense. I was playing and climbing a building when I touched the wall, and my charactet disappeared. I closed the game and returned a few hours later. Only to find out the game loads then after the survey screen pops up and i push a to continue its just a black screen and nothing else. I just had the game open for 15 minutes, and nothing but a black screen. Thanks ea for breaking the game further with season 2 release at this point i cant really play till the game updates.

    you're not the only player, me and a few others had the same issue, I was in a ledge hang and tried to leave it, immediately sent to the void, character went invisible on the screen and now every time I load in the to game it's a complete black screen.

    hoping they see this and fix it😔

    Same here and ea won’t do anything about it. I even have bought the pass and currency. I swear ea must be going broke or they are robbing people.

    Got the same thing when I was on the tower place and then the same exact thing happened.

    update i still cant play the game 😂

     after this screen its just darkness

    I'm exactly the same. Even reinstalled the game and it's still happening. I just wanna play mannn

    im in the same boat, i lipgrinded on a bench on a bridge in hedgemont and glitched thru the bridge while floating away. i even tried to fast travel to no avail. (Ps. im pretty sure the live chats are AI because i asked it a question and it rambled on about Mass Effect on my Skate. support ticket)
