Loading error

So idk if I’m the only one or if there’s anyone else but I’ve got two Xbox ones and both have skate on them as soon as I log in on one it a message pops up and tells me I’ve been kicked due to disconnection and when I try to log in on the other it never loads me in (I’ve left it on for a day and was still on the loading screen)
