Locked at skaterized mission

’ve been stuck on the main quest "Skaterized" since the beginning of the game because I’m missing the prerequisite quests.
The problem is that the quest "Stop Quick Drop and roll” is already completed but is showing up on the mission prerequisites as incomplete.

I am on ps5 and my tag is Ethan-d01
