market mile progression

step 4/14 for the tour mission “put on for your city” says to complete 15 challenge goals in market mile.

i’m stuck at 1/15 goals and there’s no more challenges for me to do.

do i have to wait the 18 hours for missions to refresh?

    I'm stuck on this too. It says 4/15 even though I've done like 200 of them so far and it's not counting any of them.

    Did this work after challenge refresh?
