We are seeing a lot of confusion regarding the refunding of San Van Bucks ("SVB") after the reset. Here is what we said on our skate. 0.27.5 is live! blog.
Like with our past updates, we’ve reset all progression and inventory (for the last time!). If you purchased San Van Bucks in the playtest, the equivalent value will be back in your account, plus, we’ve added a 20% bonus* to your SVB balance.
*Bonus calculated based on amount of San Van Bucks ("SVB") purchased from March 10 - August 19, 2025; SVB earned via gameplay will not be reimbursed and is not included in bonus calculation. Only available to users registered for the Skate Insiders playtesting program who purchased SVB during the aforementioned time period. Eligible users can log into the game to claim bonus SVB beginning August 26, 2025. Reimbursed and bonus SVB will be entitled to in-game wallet balance on the same EA Account on which SVB were originally purchased.
That means that if you purchased SVB, those have been refunded back into your account with a little extra. However, if you are missing the free granted SVB, that is working as explained.

but as you can read in this thread, there are many people missing svb they actually purchased with their real money. do you have any statement on that?
and to be honest: it is such a **bleep**ty move to give playtesters like 5 bucks as a tip but then taking them away. this is beyond greedy and another example how the community feels betrayed.
heck, we need to grind to box 6 or 3 to get our first board graphic!
that would have been an excellent way to spend my little playtest reward, i thought.
but no, not with ea. they just take this away from you and call it "working as explained".
while others literally miss 50$ worth of purchasing.
your community management really feels off.
