[MEGATHREAD] Missing San Van Bucks (SVB)
Wow... my shoes and deck are gone of course, but I didn't get my $10 worth of SVB put back into my account... Hmmmm...
Ideas
Hopped onto the new Early Access Build and have not received the San Van Bucks I’d accumulated from the Playtest. Nor have I received any of the San Van Bucks I’d spent on items that should be converted back into San Van Bucks of equivalent value.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Also experiencing this issue. Had 500SV bucks before the reset. Now when I launch it I get an alert that says it’s been reissued with an extra 20% bonus but still nothing. Hopefully it’s just a minor miss that’ll get fixed in the future.
I'm pretty sure only San Van Bucks that were purchased with real money and spent will be returned, anything else from normal progress is wiped.

Hello, everyone. Only purchased SVB were refunded. If it was gifted to you, that wouldn't be returned. If you're missing purchased SVB, send me a private message with your EA ID, Xbox gamertag or PSN ID and we'll look into this.

wtf, how that reads.
you know how cruel this is, especially if you do this with analog gifts, right? especially when turning the grind on so much.
like people could have bought some deck, but nah.
like stealing away gifts and then say 'f you' is basicly an insult in every culture everywhere around the globe. even animals would feel that.Had a feeling this was the issue. Had 750 from playing the playtests, but I guess that was not real. Very scummy considering how little it is in grand scheme of things. Could have been a great welcome back gift but okay screw us right for not wanting to pay real money during an alpha build. Makes me really consider not even bothering anymore since I would have bought more SVB during early access, when the game was feeling more complete. I think we all know globally what the term for someone who takes a "gift" back.
