Wow... my shoes and deck are gone of course, but I didn't get my $10 worth of SVB put back into my account... Hmmmm...

If you didn't actually purchase the San Van Bucks with real life money, then they won't be coming back. The other thread has a response from ea here.
Removed my previous comment, but if you did actually purchase with real money, go through EA's official contact us I would say.
I paid and reviewed the process, which instructed me to proceed to this location to request assistance.
