[MEGATHREAD] Missing San Van Bucks (SVB)

Purchased SVB before the reset, still haven't had them returned to my account. I've made multiple threads and reached out privately to a few mods or whatever. Still nothing, this has been ongoing since the update. My username is Monstoii on playstation. 

In the 0.27 update I purchased around 20 dollars worth of SVB knowing I would get refunded for it the next update. When this new update came out I got the refund and the +20% bonus but when I logged out and logged back in the second time I only had the 20 dollars worth from before. I purchased the 50 dollar founders pack as well so I didn't notice it immediately but the math didn't add up when I bought an item earlier today.

Purchased 45 dollars worth of svb in July and now have none what is going on those are purchased not earned! Where did my money go to

Never spent the 250 that was initially given and haven't gotten it back.

Only paid for SVB were refunded, SVB that was handed out to test the shop during the playtesting phase of the game were wiped with the Early Access release.

I bought the Founders Pack for 50 dollars and was only credited 3,100 San Van Party bucks when it had 5900 advertised. Also the free 250 they gave me during the pre-alpha phase. I am very disappointed about this I feel like I've been robbed. Loyal Skate player here been waiting 15 years for this lol not a troll.

The free SVB was so players could test the shop to make sure it worked, now that the game is out of the closed testing phase, they were wiped. As for founder pack SVB, you'll get the rest eventually, I've seen some people said they restarted the game and immediately were granted the full amount others said it took a few hours then they got the rest.

i did not spend them all last reset and when i log in i have zero.

the first time i played the playtest i had 500 san van bucks that i hadnt bought and i spent it on one of the "pics" so when the reset happened i was expecting to recieve the 500 back but im still at 0 and i dont even have the pic either .
