[MEGATHREAD] Missing San Van Bucks (SVB)

Spend 20 usd on San Van bucks and haven't received them and keep getting at error msg after I've already been charged.

I just paid $5.43 for 500 skate bucks and I was charged, but the game was stuck on "processing purchase" screen and then crashed. 

I want either my money back or the credits. 

I made a purchase for the purple currency and it didn’t go through 

The money is gone from my bank account but I did not receive the currency. Either refund me so I don’t make a mistake like giving EA my money again, or give me my currency that I paid for 

Where did you hear that play testers were getting a founder's pack? If EA didn't say that, somebody lied to you.

They already acknowledged it. Only purchased SVB were refunded. SVB they gave out to test the store during playtesting were intended to be wiped with the Early Access release update on August 26th.

same happened to me. I had 250 from the playtesting and now its gone. good to know its not only happened to only me so maybe ea will acknowledge it

4 days after the update into the early access build San van bucks went missing from my account. I've contacted the report option multiple times on xbox. Anyone else had this problem?

And all playtesters will have founder pack... Dream come false. So lost all what we say and thx for playtested free. Where are EA for reply after 1 mounth.... Niiiiiccceeeee support for the communication.
