[MEGATHREAD] Missing San Van Bucks (SVB)

i bought some of the in game currency and after the update i don’t have any of it. i spent around $50 worth. my username is sxntillie on playstation 

Yeah, they never said they were going to give back the free SVB gifts from previous playtests... Only, that they were going to refund any paid currency... 

No freebies on this release... 

After installing the game, everything was fine. The SVB credits were returned to my account, but after restarting the game, I lost, if I remember correctly, 1,000 SVB credits. Where can I report this?

they just took 3k out my account for no reason 

Have had the same issue, 500 San Van Bucks missing? 

So basically... If you put time in to earn SVB you wasted your time.

There's easier ways to tell the community that the only thing that matters is whether they're spending money or not. 

I had 700 sv bucks (spent 400 on some pants) now when i log into the game it says i have 0.

When i was invited to the play test in the July i was given 250 sv bucks for free, I didnt actually spend them though. Now im back playing the game i have 0 sv bucks. Will i get them back?

nop, They say that all the SVBs that were given but not spent will not be refunded. Basically, they give you a gift and then take it back. Thanks EA.
