My Acount is briked, at tour 1

What I have done:
- Tutorial island
- Been to the shop and leveled up 
- Somehow found the next challage (that i was not told to go to, with no direction)
- Go with the flow and there and back

Now i cannot progress i have no possible way to go to tour 1, there is no lines teeling me where to go and the robot is talking about a challange that i have started, the actuall mission is locked, i have switched launcher on both EA and steam with no possible way for my game to progesss.

Is there a fix to this? or is there a way i can reset my account to possibly fix this

(Note i got a freind to get the game and he is also having this exact issue)
