Own the spot bug

I can’t get passed the first location in “Own the spot” Hedgemont even though I have completed the spot 36 times now. The extrovert shop in Hedgemont will not show up. I managed to farm enough xp through doing Co-op events with my friend as host but even though I got enough xp to level up, I can’t because the shop doesn’t show up. Great gameplay but this issue is absolutely debilitating and is ruing the experience unfortunately.
