If Mission, what step in the Mission? Complete "Finer Grind"

"Finer Grind" was completed with no issues and mission is no longer available or appears on map. Also as a side issue, Steam achievements won't unlock for me either.

Hopefully this can be resolved soon as I've been enjoying the game a lot outside of these two issues, cheers for your time.
