Stuck on Tour 1: Skater Eyes

Let me start off by saying the game feels good and in my opinion definitely worth the 15 year wait but I've been stuck on Step 5/16 in Tour 1: Skater Eyes which is climb to the Terrace ever since launch of early access. I've restarted my game, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I've even deleted all saved data of the game on my Xbox but I can not progress past this point in the missions no matter what I do, I've also tried the turn off crossplay as well as untrack the mission and track it again but still no luck. I again love the game, just wanted to bring this issue to attention.
