Unable to claim seasonal tasks reward upon completion

So I have completed all the seasonal tasks a few days ago now, and have not been able to claim the reward. I have the option to claim it, but when I do, nothing happens. And when I exit out to the menu, the tasks section says that I have unclaimed rewards, those being the seasonal challenges. I tried restarting the game to hopefully fix the issue, but to no avail. I still cannot claim the reward. Is anyone else experiencing this, and is there a fix?
