Unable to progress mission

I am unable to select or complete my current mission “tour 1: skaters eyes (open your eyes)”. 

Tried restarting my application and teleporting to other players but nothing will work to get my mission to appear. I also tried on my Xbox series X but since it’s cross-save it made no difference. Still unable to progress missions.

need a fix for this asap.
