Wall-Carver Challenge Bugged
Same issue as the Holy Huck Challenge. I completed "Shut It Down" on the challenge but it doesn't register. The issue seems to be spreading to other challenges now.

I've had the same issue with the same challenges you mentioned. Also the season one on top of the orb.
Had this problem today for the first time. Did the challenge 3 times and had the same result.
I am also only getting credit for two objectives. Oh well, I guess.
