Why Can’t ANYONE Help Me?

Hello for almost two months now I have been trying to get help from EA via personally emailing them, creating forums on here, talking to support, and commenting on ALL posts… But nobody from EA has helped or actually reached back to me so i’m feeling hopeless. But here it goes again in hopes of EA seeing this.

skate. Insider Rewards. I still have not received them. I signed up to be playtester. I received the email confirming i’m a playtester and will be granted the rewards. But still two months later I do not have them in my account. And nobody will or can’t help me get them.
