Won't let me (pc ) play with my friend (PS) sakte4

Whenever we try to join each other, it tells us either that the game server is full or that cross-play is not enabled. Despite both of us having it enabled, it will let us join each other's parties for a fraction of a second at a time. The error codes it has been giving us are 852204050 and 528614044.
