CAF Name and Clothes Bug

This issue is very annoying, Randomly they started calling me J Smith when im in a fight even though I have my name and nickname something else and it stayed like that. Also when i see that I have apex shorts equipped, when I load into the match of Online Career it still shows I have the default black shorts. Please fix this i paid 70 dollars for whats to supposed to be a finished game, this plus other issues is making me reconsider ever buying any EA game again. Fix your game please.
