Game doesn’t work - black screens and slow menus

For about a week now my game has just broke and doesn’t work anymore. It was fine for a couple days in early access. 

once I load up the game past the ea logo I’m stuck in a black screen for around a minute or so. Then I’m put into the main menu and it says I’m offline for some reason. I try to reconnect and load another mode. I’m stuck in black screen again for a couple minutes. I might get lucky and load a match or it goes offline again. But even if I do find a match and I leave to go to another mode it goes offline again. And I have to restart my game as I have to wait in black screens for a very long time. 

I'm using an Xbox series s and I’ve done everything to fix it . 
Restarting game 

restarting console 

reinstalling game 

reset WiFi 

and many other methods 

I’ve paid for the ultimate edition and I can’t even play the game. 

Please ask me any questions to help fix this as I want it to go back to how it was.
