I can't get Skill Points after fights matches as rewards

I thought this would be normal to get 25 points, when you lvl up the Gym. But it should be that you get 25 points every time you win? That would be awesome, otherwise it would take ages to get to prestige maximum. Maybe someone could clarify this, "Do you get 25 skillpoints every win, or 25 Skillpoints every time thy Gym lvl's up" in Online Carrer Mode
