Urgent: Ranked Match Exploit – Opponent Leaves but I Receive a Loss

While playing a ranked (Division) match, there are situations where there is a clear difference in skill between the two players, and the losing player suddenly quits the game.

Normally, if the opponent leaves a match after I have effectively won, I would expect their Division points to decrease and mine to increase. However, I have experienced cases where the opponent quit the game, yet I was given a loss instead. I cannot understand how this is possible.

I am also concerned that some players may be intentionally exploiting this issue or using unauthorized software to manipulate the match results. In another case, an opponent left during the match, but the match does not appear in my match history at all.

This is extremely frustrating and makes it feel as though the ranked system may have serious bugs or vulnerabilities that players can exploit.

Please investigate this issue as soon as possible. If players are intentionally abusing an exploit or using illegal programs to manipulate match results, I strongly request that appropriate action, including account suspension or banning, be taken against them.

Although I do not have an attachment or video as evidence, surely the development team can check my account and server-side match records to determine exactly what happened. My account history should show the matches in question, including the results and what happened when my opponents disconnected.

Please investigate these incidents and fix the underlying issue so that players cannot unfairly manipulate ranked match results. I would also appreciate an explanation of why I was given a loss after my opponent left the match, and why another match completely disappeared from my match history.
