Request for a Thorough EA Account Review – Ultimate Team Pack Issues
Hello EA Support I am contacting you because I have serious concerns about my EA account and my experience with packs in Ultimate Team. For a long time, I have been experiencing extremely poor pack results. Despite spending a significant amount of time playing the game, completing objectives, earning rewards, and opening numerous packs, I very rarely receive valuable or high-rated players. In addition, I regularly spend real money on in-game packs and FC Points because I want to have at least a chance of packing players from current promotional events. However, despite these additional purchases and the large number of packs I have opened, I have not managed to pack a single truly valuable promotional player. This is extremely disappointing because I invest both my time and my own money into the game, yet I feel that I am getting virtually nothing in return. It also affects my motivation to keep playing the game. When you constantly work towards rewards, complete objectives, open packs, and genuinely hope to get something exciting, but never seem to get anything worthwhile, you gradually lose interest. Eventually, you start feeling that there is no point in trying because you expect to get nothing good anyway. What should be an exciting and rewarding experience starts to feel frustrating and pointless. I understand that pack contents are random and that each pack has independent probabilities. However, given my consistently disappointing results, I am concerned that there might be an issue with my account. I would therefore like to kindly request that you: Check whether my EA account has any restrictions, flags, or limitations that could affect my Ultimate Team experience. Verify that my account is functioning correctly and that pack rewards are being generated properly. Confirm whether there are any account-related technical issues that could affect my pack results or Ultimate Team experience. I am not asking for free players or special treatment without a reason. However, if your investigation reveals that there has been a technical issue, an account-related restriction, or any other problem that has unfairly affected my pack experience, I believe it would be fair and reasonable to receive appropriate compensation for this. Since I regularly spend real money on this game, I believe it is reasonable to request a thorough review of my account and a clear explanation of the findings, rather than a generic response. Добрый день, выполнил задание пропуска получил последние оставшиеся очки для полного прохождения пропуска, получил игроков, а паки так и не дали есть премиум пасс, прошло 24 часа несколько раз перезапускал игру сыграл полностью Squad Battles а паки так и не дали, прошу выдать их
