Не могу зайти в игру?
Здравствуйте! Игра EA SPORTS FC Mobile на iPhone 11, iOS 26.1 не запускается. При открытии появляется чёрный экран, а затем приложение закрывается системой. Я приложил лог краша iOS .ips, и в нём видно главное: EXC_CRASH / SIGKILL namespace: FrontBoard игра получает watchdog termination во время запуска Это означает, что FC Mobile зависает на стадии инициализации, и iOS автоматически завершает процесс, так как приложение не отвечает. Это происходит даже после переустановки, очистки кэша Safari, перезагрузи устройства, смены сети и других шагов. Причины, почему это важно: устройство работает нормально оперативной памяти достаточно нет ошибок движка Unity или графики проблема именно в приложении (watchdog timeout), а не в телефоне Похоже, что это баг совместимости FC Mobile с iOS 26.1, так как у других игроков на Reddit есть такие же чёрные экраны при запуске. Account banned without reason and Penalty History is empty! HELP!!!!
Hi everyone and EA Community Managers, I desperately need help from a human being. I am stuck in an infinite loop with EA Help support for weeks and I don't know what else to do. I spent thousands $ for this game and now i cant join!! The Situation: My EA SPORTS FC Mobile account has been suspended/locked. I want to submit an appeal to the Terms of Service team to prove my innocence. The Technical Bug: When I go to the official "My Ban History" tool (https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/penalty-history) , it explicitly states: "No Active Penalties". (I have attached the screenshot below). Because the tool shows 0 bans, there is no button to click "Dispute". The Support Nightmare (tickets - #231924637, #231806712, #231838003, #231948574, #232475682): I create a ticket via the Webform (General Questions) explaining that I cannot use the Dispute Tool because it's empty. A support advisor (Mamta/Pobi/others) sends me a copy-paste template: "Please go to the Ban History page to file a dispute." OR smth like this: "First, I suggest to open this link, then select "Submit an Appeal" under the Help Topics field. https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care. Next is click "Submit" and under the solutions page, select "Email Us" under the Contact an Advisor section." I reply that the page is empty and the link is useless for me. They close the ticket or send the same link again. One agent (Takatiba) admitted that FC Mobile suspensions sometimes do not appear in the web tool, but he closed the chat without escalating. My Request: I am physically unable to follow the standard procedure because of a bug in the EA website involving my User ID. Can a Community Manager please help me escalate my case to the Terms of Service Team manually? Не запускается Star Wars Battlefront 2 (2017)
Не запускается Star Wars Battlefront 2. Пытался запускать различные версии этой игры. Но игра просто не запускается без каких либо ошибок. При запуске игры ничего не происходит. Если что у меня современный мощный пк. OС Windows 10. Нужна помощь с запуском. В чем может быть проблема?F1 2024 Не запускается.
Начиная где-то с декабря 2025 года, а точнее 10 числа столкнулся с проблемой, что F1 2024 не хочет работать, а точнее при запуске игры, когда появляется иконка загрузки после начального экрана где стоит Леклер и Норис с Хэмом, пишет в левом верхнем углу Loading и в моменте зависает и вылетает без каких-либо ошибок. Ни крашей, ни ошибок нету. Просто закрывается будто я Alt + F4 прожал. Попробовал многие способы, переустанавливал игру, проверял целостность файлов, запускал от имени администратора, выключал антивирусники. Все перепробовал и нечего не помогло. Прошу помочь мне решить эту проблему.Проблема с NAT FIfa 2024
Добрый день. Где-то с месяц не могу поиграть в сезоны, иногда пропускало, потом опять ошибка с NAT, посмотрел был закрытый, купил выделенный ип, стал Открытый, попробовал 1 матч, зашло, через неделю опять не пускает пишет ошибка по NAT, хотя он стоит open. В чем может быть причина?
