How do I receive a Fantasy FC ‘Live’ player? Play in the Fantasy FC Flash Rush Event, available between 28 February and 3 March, with a player from the club of the FFC Live player you wish to select. For example, to receive a‘Live’ Mathys Tel, you will need to play a game in the Fantasy FC Rush Event with any player from the Tottenham Hotspur men’s team. You can earn a maximum of two“Live” players before the Objective Group becomes locked. Q. How do ‘Live’ players score points? Players receive Fantasy Premier League points based on a variety of in-game actions. Transfer Market Unlocks (FC 26): Game vs Web & Companion Quick guide to what unlocks where, and how to get there. TL;DR In-game (Ultimate Team): Finish specific Foundations Objectives, then wait for activation. During the wait you can list items, but you can’t search, bid, or buy Web & Companion Apps: Unlock is separate. Earn it by playing over multiple “active days.” Support can’t grant access or give a date. Important: Transfer Market access is a privilege, not a guarantee. Your account must remain in good standing and follow the FC Rules. In-Game (Graduated Access) Steps for new players Play Ultimate Team → Objectives. Complete New Beginnings (Foundations) to unlock Venturing Out (Foundations). Complete Venturing Out and claim your reward. Activation time PC: full access in 48 hours after completion. Other platforms: full access within 24 hours. While waiting: you can list items; you cannot search, bid, or Buy Now. Returning players in good standing may already have in-game access. Web & Companion Apps How unlock works Access is earned by play — advisors can’t grant it or predict timing. An active day = play 3 full Ultimate Team matches and log into the Web/Companion app the same UTC day (per UT account). Playing more than three matches in a day does not speed it up. Typical timing One UT account on the device, good standing Multiple UT accounts on the same device: Unlock timing may vary. Blocks & Bans If blocked, you’ll see a message in the app—check the email on your EA Account for details. If you think it’s a mistake, follow the appeal steps; secure your account if compromised. If you have outstanding FC Points in EA SPORTS FC™ 25, you can transfer them to EA SPORTS FC™ 26. How to transfer your FC Points The only way to transfer your FC Points from EAS FC 25 is by logging on to EAS FC 26 on your console or PC. You can’t carry over your points using the Ultimate Team™ Web or Companion Apps. After you transfer your points on your console or PC, they’ll be updated in the Ultimate Team™ Web or Companion Apps. The first time you log in to any mode in EAS FC 26, a pop-up message will give you the option to transfer your points. A few things to remember: You can only transfer FC Points from EAS FC 25 to EAS FC 26 on the same console family. For example, you can transfer your points if you play both games on Xbox Series X|S. You can also transfer your points from an older generation to a newer generation console of the same type, like from Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S. But you can’t transfer your points from EAS FC 25 on Xbox Series X|S to EAS FC 26 on PlayStation®5. Transferring points is permanent. Once you transfer your EAS FC Points, you can’t move them back to EAS FC 25. What if I’m an EA Play member? If you’re having issues with freezing, glitching, disconnections, or matchmaking in EA SPORTS FC™, try our steps to delete corrupt files. What are corrupt files? EAS FC uses game files that are regularly updated and re-downloaded in the background as you play your game. If something went wrong with these files, you could come across issues with freezing, glitching, disconnections, or matchmaking. One way to address these types of issues is to delete these files. How do I delete corrupt files? From the Main Menu, open Settings and select the Profile tile. Go to Delete to bring up the game's file list. Delete all files except: Online Pro files. Files with Career in the name. These are your saves for these game modes—they won’t be re-downloaded and can’t be restored. You can also delete Personal Settings 1 to fix any audio or visual issues, like glitching, flickering, or loss of sound. Keep in mind that you’ll lose Skill Game progress and your custom controller layout. Only delete this if you’re sure you’re okay with losing these and having to set them again.
