FC Mobile Limited Beta is now live!
Hey everyone! Our FC Mobile Beta is now live, and you can find the dedicated Beta section of our forum here. Please post there for anything Beta related. The EA SPORTS FC™ Limited Beta is coming to Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, Romania, Argentina, and Colombia! We’re opening up a Limited Beta for EA SPORTS FC Mobile on Android. In this Beta, you’ll get to experience new features and improvements like; Team Badge, revamped matchmaking lobby, refreshed and enhanced visuals, new formations, and gameplay refinements! Participation Period: The Beta will be available August 19th UTC and closes September 11th UTC. How To Join The Limited Beta is only available on Android in the Play Store in Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, Romania, Argentina, and Colombia. To download the app, follow the instructions below: Open the Play Store on your Android device. Search for “EA SPORTS FC Mobile Limited Beta”. The EA SPORTS FC™ MOBILE BETA is available for download in Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, Romania, Argentina, and Colombia through the Google Play store on your Android device. Can I play the Limited Beta in the current game? No, the EA SPORTS FC Mobile Limited Beta is a separate app to the main game. This is another app that you will need to download and install through the Play Store in order to play. Can I link my account? All login methods will be disabled except GUEST. Account linking will be unavailable and all progress will be gone once the Beta period has ended. Does my progress in the Beta carry over? Progress and account information will not carry over from the Beta to the live game. Can I make purchases for money in the Beta? No, in-game purchases are disabled in the Beta. There will be no rewarded videos or offer walls to participate in for extra currency. Feedback and Bug Reports We would love to hear your feedback about the new features, and the updates to gameplay! Limited Beta on iOS Invites to the Limited Beta on iOS will be shared in a limited capacity, more details will be shared on EA SPORTS FC™ MOBILE social accounts. To get started you will need to check that you meet the iOS device requirements and install the Testflight App. TestFlight is a platform developed by Apple that allows users to test beta versions of apps. Download and install Testflight through the App Store. Tap on the invitation link using your iOS device and it will redirect you to the Testflight App. Tap "Start Testing" to join the Beta program. Find FC Mobile Limited Beta and tap to install. Once the installation is complete, you can open the Beta app like any other app on your device. A limited number of users are allowed into the Beta and spots can fill up quickly. How to delete corrupt files in EA SPORTS FC™ 25
If you’re having issues with freezing, glitching, disconnections, or matchmaking in EA SPORTS FC™, try our steps to delete corrupt files. What are corrupt files? EAS FC uses game files that are regularly updated and re-downloaded in the background as you play your game. If something went wrong with these files, you could come across issues with freezing, glitching, disconnections, or matchmaking. One way to address these types of issues is to delete these files. How do I delete corrupt files? From the Main Menu, open Settings and select the Profile tile. Go to Delete to bring up the game's file list. Delete all files except: Online Pro files. Files with Career in the name. These are your saves for these game modes—they won’t be re-downloaded and can’t be restored. You can also delete Personal Settings 1 to fix any audio or visual issues, like glitching, flickering, or loss of sound. Keep in mind that you’ll lose Skill Game progress and your custom controller layout. Only delete this if you’re sure you’re okay with losing these and having to set them again. What is Season Pass? Season Pass lets you earn rewards by completing objectives in the following EA SPORTS FC™ 25 modes: Ultimate Team ™, Clubs, and Career Mode. You can level up your Season Pass by completing Daily, Weekly, Seasonal, and Dynamic challenges within these modes and earn Season Points (SP). You can check your progress and Objectives by going to the FC Season screen, which you can access by going to the FC Hub. You can find this option in the bottom-right corner of your screen. From there, you can check your progress in the Seasonal Track, or check general Objectives by navigating to the Season Objectives tab. In the same tab, you can see your progress for Ultimate Team™ Objectives, Clubs Objectives, Manager Career Objectives, or Player Career Objectives. You can also check your progress by checking your Objectives in these modes: Ultimate Team™ — in the Objectives tab. Manager Career — in the Office tab. How to claim Season Pass rewards On the Seasonal Track, select Claim under the reward you’ve earned. It will appear in either the Ultimate Team™ or Clubs Inventory. In Career Mode, look for the reward under the Customise tab in Manager Career or Player Career, depending on which mode you earned them in. If you claim a reward for a particular mode, you need to enter that mode to see the reward. Where can I find my rewards and Season Points? You can see your Season Points at the top of the screen in Career Mode, Ultimate Team™, Clubs, or in the FC Hub. If you still can’t find them, check out our article to learn where to look for your rewards.Transfer FC Points from EA SPORTS FC™ 24 to EA SPORTS FC™ 25
How to transfer your FC Points If you have outstanding FC Points in EAS FC 24, you can transfer them to EAS FC 25. Read through the steps below to find out how. (The only way to transfer your FC Points from EAS FC 24 is by logging on to EAS FC 25 on your console or PC. You can’t carry over your points using the Ultimate Team™ Web or Companion Apps. After you transfer your points on your console or PC, they’ll be updated in the Ultimate Team™ Web or Companion Apps.) The first time you log in to any of the modes in EA SPORTS FC™ 25, a pop-up message will appear to give you the option to transfer your points. A few things to remember: You can only transfer FC Points from EAS FC 24 to EAS FC 25 on the same console family. For example, you can transfer your points if you play both games on Xbox Series X|S. You can also transfer your points from an older generation to a newer generation console of the same type, like from Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S. But you can’t transfer your points from EAS FC 24 on Xbox Series X|S to EAS FC 25 on PlayStation® 5. This is not reversible. Once you transfer your EAS FC Points, you can’t move them back to EAS FC 24. What if I’m an EA Play member? If you play EAS FC 25 on EA Play and transfer your points but don’t buy the full game, you won’t get your points back on EAS FC 24.
