Career Mode idea :
Let youth players return to the Academy In real football, young players can train with the first team, play a few games, and then return to the youth team to continue developing. In Career Mode, once a youth player is promoted, they can never go back. It would be great to allow academy-eligible players (especially under 18) to move between the Youth Academy and the first team. This would make youth development much more realistic and give managers more control over their young talents.
