Please Add VAR (Video Assistant Referee) to EA Sports FC 27
Dear EA Sports Dev Team, I would like to formally request the implementation of VAR (Video Assistant Referee) in EA Sports FC 27. VAR has been part of real football for several years now and is used in practically every major and minor competition worldwide, the Champions League, Premier League, La Liga, Liga Portugal, World Cup, you name it. At this point it's not a niche or experimental technology anymore, it's a core part of how modern football is officiated and watched. It feels strange that a game aiming to be the most realistic football simulation on the market still doesn't include this. Every close offside, every penalty shout, every red card review that fans experience watching real matches is completely missing from the game. It breaks immersion and makes the officiating feel outdated compared to the sport it's trying to represent. I understand this would require careful implementation so it doesn't slow down the pace of online matches, but even a well designed, optional VAR system (with quick review animations and clear decision outcomes) would massively improve realism and presentation. Football has had VAR for almost a decade now. It's time for EA Sports FC to catch up. Thank you for considering this. The Broken Power Curve Promise
The Broken Power Curve Promise: Early Leaks and the Destruction of Day-One Balance Broken Promises on Progression: Every launch cycle begins with the same assurance: a slower, more deliberate power curve designed to prolong the viability of gold cards and restore a meaningful sense of progression. Yet, pre-launch leaks have already dismantled that narrative. The leaked Champions Store rewards showcase repeatable 88+ x3 Tradeable packs and similarly overpowered bundles accessible right from the opening weeks, making the slower power curve promise feel like disingenuous pre-order marketing. Why the Champions Store Economy Breaks Day-One Balance: A Shallow High-End Player Pool: There are only around 45 base players in the entire database rated 88 or higher. Introducing a repeatable pack with these parameters saturates the market with top-tier meta items in the opening weeks, instantly destroying the value and longevity of rare gold cards. Immediate Market Collapse: Distributing elite tradeable cards at this scale immediately triggers rapid hyperinflation for top-end icons/heroes and renders the mid-tier gold market worthless before the season even finds its rhythm. Proposed Urgency: Even if leaks are viewed as non-final, this reward scaling is fundamentally flawed for an early-game ecosystem. If these store parameters reflect actual production builds, the reward pool, token pricing, and rating thresholds must be drastically rebalanced before official launch and well ahead of the first Champions campaign to preserve competitive integrity and card value. I have spoken about this topic more than once, from FC 26 right up to the present day in FC 27. Content leaks have completely destroyed the sense of mystery, community anticipation, and genuine excitement that used to define Ultimate Team promos. Then vs. Now: The Golden Era of Anticipation: In previous titles (such as Futmas in FIFA 19), the buildup to daily content was an event in itself. The community actively engaged with clever loading screen teasers, deciphered national flags, kit numbers, and player riddles, and eagerly counted down to the 6 PM content drop. That collective guessing game and authentic suspense were the lifeblood of the community. The Current State of Spoilers: Today, that excitement is entirely replaced by premature spoilers. Days or even weeks ahead of time—and currently over a full week before the game has even officially launched—the entire roadmap is out in the open. The community already knows the season ladder rewards, upcoming promo concepts, and the exact player selections featured in the very first promo squads. Impact: Knowing everything well in advance turns what should be a thrilling, dynamic live service into a predictable chore. It robs the game of its spark, renders teaser campaigns obsolete, and kills the organic thrill of discovering new content alongside the rest of the community on launch day. Proposed Solution: Overhaul backend data security and delay pushing unreleased promo assets, card designs, and database IDs to public-facing Web App APIs or local game builds until minutes before their official release. Restoring strict confidentiality is essential to bringing back the authentic hype and mystery of content drops. I have discussed this topic at length in several other articles regarding FC 26, but ultimately, the situation is exactly the same. Just want to give my thanks! I am absolutely thrilled. Honestly, it’s music to my ears every single time I load into a match lately. For the past 10 games, EA has blessed me with opponents who are two whole divisions above me, boasting win rates that make my record look like a total joke. I am achieving pure spiritual [Edit - CM] and floating on cloud nine watching my defense get utterly dismantled by these pro-level tryhards. It is truly a spiritual experience. In fact, I am so deeply moved by this flawless FC 26 matchmaking system that I’ve started gifting these absolute legends three free own goals as a bonus. Consider it my humble tribute to their incredible merit and EA's unmatched algorithmic genius. Thank you for this unparalleled joy. Truly, I am living the dream.35Views0likes1CommentCamera Bug
Playing a normal game of Champions until the screen gets zoomed in into keeper spot and you’re forced to play without being able to see players and full game. Had to leave champions match to fix but costed me a game. Really frustrating since I was up by 2 goals in the 75th minute. Nothing worked in game to fix this bug and pretty pissed at the fact I loss a game. Fix10Views0likes1CommentSoundtrack Suggestion: "Bullet Soul" by Switchfoot (Perfect Main Menu)
Hi everyone!I wanted to suggest a song that would be absolutely perfect for the entire game's soundtrack: "Bullet Soul" by Switchfoot. For those who don't know, this track has already been used by the WWE as a main theme, so it has that intense stadium/arena energy. The riff and the main hook ("Are you ready to go?") are extremely motivational. It fits perfectly everywhere—from the main menus and Ultimate Team screens to the background music inside the stadiums during matches. It's exactly the kind of energetic alternative rock that players miss from the classic soundtracks. I hope the Community Managers and the music team can look into it for future updates or upcoming games! What do you guys think?Solved54Views0likes1CommentBENCH IN ULTIMATE TEAM
Hello dear EA FC... I would like to suggest a change that seems so normal to me. Why aren't benches larger??? In football, in real life, according to the rules, you can have like 11 players on the bench or more... why isn't EA following that rule? 7 players in ultimate team or in game is just not enough.... pls consider this and if you make a change could you consider me as a employee or give me some credit 😁 Best regards fro Uros:)34Views1like3Comments
